Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SD Negeri Di Kecamatan Langgam Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance, (2) work motivation affect teacher performance, (3) pedagogic competence and work motivation have a joint effect on teacher performance. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency, amounting to 269 people with a sample of 161. Data was collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, statistical inferential analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance of 0.524, and there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance of 0.638. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of pedagogic competence and work motivation on teacher performance of 0.730.
