ABSTRACT
Creative Hub of Film Community accommodates creative sector of the film
industry, a space for film social groups, and oversees the activities in it.
Through this place, film community actors can do creative activities together
with customized space requirements in one place. Pekanbaru as a design
location doesn’t have a place that can accommodate the activities of the creative
film industry. Creative Hub of Film Community applies the principles of an
Expressionism Architecture approach that is not rigid and expresses feelings
through the shape of the building. The concept of camera rolling, and action is
based on the film-making process. This concept is intended so that Creative Hub
of Film Community can also become architectural works that can be enjoyed, as
well as beneficial for the advancement of film creative economy industry.
