Sistem Informasi Eksekutif Laporan Morbiditas Berdasarkan International Classification Of Diseases-10 Pada Upt Puskesmas Benteng Indragiri Hilir

ABSTRACT
The Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a technical implementation unit
(UPT) of the city or district Health Office responsible for health services in a work
area. Puskesmas has a morbidity report regularly reported to the Health Office and
recapitulated by the Health Office as a health service. Several obstacles often hinder
obtaining morbidity reports because compiling and sending morbidity reports to a
higher level is still done manually by making the recapitulation in a ledger at the Subhealth
Center, while the Benteng Health Center uses the Microsoft Excel program and
send the reports to the Indragiri Hilir Health Office. The Microsoft Excel file of the
morbidity report that the Indragiri Hilir Health Office receives can not be used as
detailed and specific information because it was still difficult to read and understand.
Therefore, the management of morbidity reports intended to produce information has
not been well-organized. The requirement for detailed reports and information has not
been fulfilled for consideration in making any decisions. Hence, the executive
information system is needed by implementing a computerized system with the waterfall
development method that can state accurately and summarize morbidity reports
information by displaying it in graphics and tables; moreover, it can be drilled down
into more specific and detailed reports. Based on the results of tests carried out using
the Black Box and User Experience Questionnaire, the system runs well. It obtains the
results of the attractiveness test of 2,408, perspicuity 2,300, efficiency 2,488,
depandability 2,363, stimulation 2,200, novelty 1,925, which is categorized as excellent
criteria.
