Strategi Pengembangan Tempat Pendaratan Ikan Tradisional (Pelantar) Di Kelurahan Kuala Enok Kecamatan Tanah Merah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
The research was carried out at the traditional fish landing site (pelantar) in October 2021 in Kuala Enok Village. This study aims to determine the development strategy that must be carried out in the development of Fish Landing Places. The method used is a survey method conducted on 3 fish landing sites which are relatively large compared to others, namely the Usman Bakot fish landing site (TPI UB), the H. Ancong fish landing site (TPI AC) and the Husnaini fish landing site (TPI HS). Data analysis using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The result of the research shows that TPI UB has a bigger opportunity in its development than the other two TPIs. TPI UB is in quadrant I which supports an aggressive strategy while TPI AC and TPI HS are in quadrant III which supports a turn-around strategy.
