Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Terhadap Motivasi Diri Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau
This article discusses a study that focused on the effect of self-efficacy on students' self-motivation at
Economic Education Study Program, Faculty Teacher Training and Education, Riau University in hybrid
learning starting in the even semester 2020/2021. This study aimed to examine the effect of self-efficacy on
students' self-motivation of the Economic Education Study Program, Riau University, class of 2020. This
study was a quantitative study involving 116 students of the Economic Education Study Program. The data
for this research was collected by using questionnaires which were distributed online using the WhatsApp
feature. The sample in this study used the total population sampling technique, with the number of samples
used the same as the total population of 116 students. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression
analysis in the SPSS application. The results prove that self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on
students' self-motivation at Economic Education Study Program, Riau University, class of 2020 by 65.5%,
while the other 34.5% were influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
