Pengaruh Media Menara Tancap Terhadap Kemampuan Mengenal Bentuk Geometri Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Tk Al – Ikhsan Katimahar Kecamatan Panti Kabupaten Pasaman
This study aims to determine how much influence the tower media has on the ability to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Ikhsan Katimahar Kindergarten, Panti District. In this study using an experimental method with a one group pretest posttest design. The total population of Al- Ikhsan Katimahar Kindergarten children in the orphanage district is 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. The data collection technique used in this study was to use an observation sheet for the ability to recognize geometric shapes in early childhood. The data analysis technique used a ttest using the SPSS Windows version 23 program. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the ability to recognize geometric shapes before and after being given the tancap tower media. Based on the results of the hypothesis test obtained, there is an effect of applying step-on tower media on the ability to recognize geometric shapes in children aged 5-6 years at Al-Ikhsan Katimahar Kindergarten, Panti District by 62.90% and the N-Gain value is in the medium category.
