This research was conducted to use the results of research on the effect of lime peel juice (Citrus aurantifolia) as a biopesticide to control armyworm (Spodoptera litura) on pulled spinach (Amaranthus tricolor) in the design of a high school biotechnology learning module in April-September 2020. The study was conducted. This is carried out in 2 stages, namely the analysis and design stages. This research was conducted in the laboratory of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University, Pekanbaru. Based on the analysis of potential research results, it can be used as a module design for the concept of Biotechnology for SMA class XII at KD 3.10 Analyzing the principles of biotechnology and its application as an effort to improve human welfare and KD 4.10 Presenting reports on experimental results of applying conventional biotechnology principles based on scientific methodsThe development of the module design includes the Analysis and Design stages with a module structure consisting of Cover, introduction, table of contents, list of pictures, curriculum levels, instructions for using the module, introduction, learning activities, exercises, summaries, formative tests, feedback, follow-up, formative test answer keys, bibliography and glossary.
