Problematika Guru Sejarah Dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) Kelas XII SMAN 1 Bantan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021
Distance learning (PJJ) is learning that is done virtually without any meetings in the classroom. Distance learning is one of the alternative learning processes during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation process, probematics, and the efforts made by history teachers in improving the distance learning process. This research uses a qualitative case study approach with data collection techniques through direct interviews and documentation. The subject of this research is a teacher in the field of historical education with analytical techniques starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that in the process of implementing online learning the teacher uses zoom and google classroom learning media. During online teaching and learning activities, of course there are obstacles and obstacles experienced by teachers and students such as: 1) limited facilities and infrastructure 2) learning competencies are not fully achieved 3) teachers have difficulty communicating 4) the emergence of boredom 5) students are less active and 6) and loose discipline during distance learning. The success of online teaching and learning activities must of course have efforts made in dealing with obstacles and obstacles to improve the teaching and learning process to be better and more effective.
