Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Jasa Kesyahbandaran Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Carocok Tarusan
Abstract
The Carocok Coast Fishing Port provides harbourmaster services that have
functions to control, supervise, and maintain the security and safety of fishing
vessel operations. The success of the service can be seen from the satisfaction of
service users (fishermen), so the service providers can improve the quality of
service performance provided. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction
of fishermen with harbourmaster services using the Customer Satisfaction Index
and Importance Performance Analysis on 14 service attributes. The method used in
this research is a survey method, namely direct observation in the field and
conducting interviews with fishermen, then the results of the interviews are
processed using Ms. Excel and analyzed using CSI and IPA methods. The results
showed that there are 5 service attributes that are considered to have met the
satisfaction of fishermen. There are 2 service attributes that have not satisfied
fishermen and there is a need for improvement by Carocok Tarusan Coast Fishing
Port's harbourmaster on these attributes. In addition, overall fishermen feel very
satisfied with the services provided, this can be seen from the level of satisfaction
of fishermen with harbourmaster services at Carocok Tarusan Coast Fishing Port,
which is 91.45%.
