Perbedaan Konsep Diri Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Yang Sudah Sertifikasi Dengan Yang Belum Sertifikasi Di Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study shows differences in the self-concept of kindergarten teachers who have been certified and those who have not been certified in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. . This research is a quantitative research with a comparative research type. The population of this study were kindergarten teachers, totaling 187 people. The sample of this study was 65 teachers of which 31 were certified and 34 were not certified and this study used a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t-test and statistical method analysis with the SPSS for windows ver.22 program. Based on the results of the hypotheses test,

is accepted. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the self-concept of kindergarten teachers who have been certified and those who have not been certified in Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency.
