Pengaruh Metode Resource Based Learning (RBL) Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 56 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of the Resource Based Learning (RBL) method on
social studies learning outcomes, which was carried out at SDN 56 Pekanbaru in the even
semester of 2022/2023 academic year with 11 students in control class IV A and 11 students
in experimental class IV B. The form of this research is experimental-group prettest-posttest
by applying the Resource Based Learning (RBL) learning model. The problem of this
research is the low social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 56
Pekanbaru, this can be seen from the results of the pretest. The instrument in this study was
about the prettest and posttest. From the results of the data analysis, it was found that the
social studies learning outcomes of the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 56 Pekanbaru
were relatively low. The solution to fix this problem is to apply the Resource Based Learning
(RBL) method. Based on the results of the study, good and positive results were obtained for
the application of the Resource Based Learning (RBL) method in social studies lessons. The
results of data analysis obtained an average score of 59.54% for the control class and
61.81% for the experimental class, while the posttest for the control class was 75.90% and
the experimental class was 86.36%. The results of the t-test data obtained an effect of 72%
between the control and experimental classes after being given treatment with the application
of the Resource Based Learning (RBL) method on increasing social studies learning
outcomes.
