Kemampuan Memahami Unsur Intrinsik Cerpen Siswa Kelas XI SMAN 1 Moro

This study aims to describe the ability to understand the intrinsic elements in short
stories of class XI students of SMAN 1 Moro. This type of research is quantitative.
The method used in this research is to use descriptive method. In accordance with the
needs of the author to determine the ability to understand the intrinsic elements of
short stories for class XI students of SMAN 1 Moro. The data used in this study is
quantitative data, because the data from the research that the authors get is data in the
form of numbers or can be scored. The research instrument in this study was in the
form of an objective test. The test questions were made in accordance with the
standard variable measurement in the form of multiple choice questions specifically
measuring the ability to understand the intrinsic elements of short stories for class XI
students of SMAN 1 Moro. The results of the study on the ability to understand the
intrinsic elements of short stories for class XI students of SMAN 1 Moro were
classified as moderate, with an average of 67,11 in the capable category.
