Analisis Keandalan Sistem Jaringan Distribusi Tegangan Menengah Dengan Manuver Menggunakan Metode Evaluasi Teknik

ABSTRACT
In this study, the authors perform calculations on Teri Feeder at PT. PLN
(Persero) ULP Kota Barat Pekanbaru Area which has developed a network,
namely adding a maneuver network from the Lele Feeder and comparing the
index results without maneuvering and maneuvering. There have been various
efforts to improve the distribution network system, one of which is to develop
complex networks on network systems that are still simple. Evaluation Technique
is a method used to develop a system that operates continuously based on the type
of component system installation which is divided into two types, namely series
type and parallel type. For the series type, there are several estimates that can be
used, namely the Section Technique method, FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect
Analysis) RIA (Reliability Index Assessment) method, and so on, but to determine
the type of parallel analysis it cannot be applied. After performing calculations to
determine the value of SAIDI and SAIFI on Teri Feeder at PT. PLN (Persero)
ULP Kota Barat Pekanbaru Area, it was found that the previous SAIDI value was
6.7879 hours/year per year to 0.0022 hours/year increased by 3125 times and the
previous SAIFI value was 6.1808 times/year to 0.0049 times/year increased by
1261 times in SAIFI after added a maneuver network.
