Entrepreneurship has a very close relationship with national economic growth
Entrepreneurship is able to make a developed and prosperous country because
entrepreneurship as a creator of new job opportunities, Entrepreneurship is one option to
help people solve job opportunities problems. The purpose of implementing the
Entrepreneurship Program is to increase entrepreneurship in a creative and innovative
society. Entrepreneurship is concerned with the ability to create value, be able to
communicate creatively with others and take advantage of opportunities to innovate.
The aims of this study were 1) to determine the level of cohesiveness of the group
members of the Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak
Regency, 2) To determine the level of entrepreneurial attitudes of members of the
Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, 3) To
determine the significant positive effect of Group Cohesiveness on Entrepreneurial
Attitudes of Members of the Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District,
Siak Regency. The method used in this research is ex-post facto with a quantitative
approach. The population in this paper is the members of the Ta'lim Council of West
Maredan Village, Tualang Siak District, as many as 344 members of the Ta'lim Council.
The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate
stratified random sampling, which is a sampling technique where if the population has
heterogeneous and proportional stratified members or elements, using the Slovin
formula, the sample becomes 78 members of the Ta'lim Council. The results of this
study are 1) The level of entrepreneurial attitude of the members of the ta'lim assembly
is 4.29, which means that there are still 0.71 caused by other factors that are not part of
this study. If a person's entrepreneurial attitude is getting better in the form of selfconfidence,
daring to take risks, having a leadership attitude, and orientation to the
future, then the ability to manage a business will be better too, 2) Obtained a group
cohesiveness level of 4.10 which means there are still 0.9 caused by other factors that
are not part of this study.
