Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pendataan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Covid 19 Berbasis Android
ABSTRACT
Covid-19 is a virus that is still troubling the world community, especially the
Indonesian people. The spread of the Covid-19 virus is very fast and does not look
at the age limit and spreads to various countries. To reduce the spread of the
Corona virus in Indonesia, the government has implemented restrictions on
community activities. Activity restrictions that are applied automatically have an
impact on the community's economy because several sectors such as trade,
transportation, and production must stop operating during the restrictions on
community activities. One of the government's efforts to help and improve the
welfare of the underprivileged due to the Covid-19 pandemic is the Social
Assistance (Bansos) program. However, the data collection process for social
assistance recipients in Sukamaju Village is still classified as a manual method. The
data collection method for the social assistance recipient community is that the
Village Party instructs the Head of the RT/RW in the Suka Maju Village to collect
data on residents' homes using paper. In addition, the Village Party provides
information to the social assistance recipient community by calling each social
assistance recipient one by one, and must visit the community's house to provide a
QR Code. To overcome this problem, an application system is needed for data
collection of social assistance recipients. The application system is built with the
Java and PHP programming languages, using the RAD software development
method. The results of this study are the percentage of success in the functionality
test using the Black Box Testing Method where 100% results are found on Android
and web-based systems. The results of the usability testing conducted with a total
of twenty respondents, where the results of this test were obtained on the
learnability component of 89,9%, efficiency of 93,5%, memorability of 94,5%,
errors of 97,8%, and satisfaction of 89,3%.
