Perbandingan Metode Simple Queue Dengan Queue Tree Dengan Algoritma PCQ (Per Connection Queue) Pada Jaringan Internet PT. Aneka Siak Nusantara

ABSTRACT
Internet has played an important role in life. One of them is in the search and acquisition of information. However, the Internet does not necessarily exist in an area. In order to obtain an internet network in an area, it is necessary to have an Internet Service Provider (ISP). PT. Aneka Siak Nusantara is one of the ISPs in the city of Siak. As an ISP, good bandwidth management is required. PT Aneka Siak Nusantara using a simple queue as a bandwidth management method. This proved to be less effective, supported by QoS data which showed a decrease in the value of Quality of Services (QoS) along with the increase in the number of users. To overcome this, a configuration change was made using a queue tree with the Per Connection Queue (PCQ) algorithm. This configuration change proved to be effective in overcoming the existing problems, as evidenced by the results of the QoS re-measurement which got better scores.
