ABSTRACT
The Arduino Based Sewing Machine Constant Speed Control Design is useful to make it easier for someone to do sewing work. The main components of this tool consist of Arduino as a control system for this tool, FC 03 Sensor as a sewing machine speed detection sensor, Servo Motor as a driver to control Dimmer Speed, and a Universal Sewing Machine Motor used to move or rotate the sewing machine and Rotary switches are used to determine the speed of the sewing machine in the Off, Medium and High state. In this case the sewing machine PWM module is connected to a 220 V voltage source, then connected to the sewing machine Universal Motor so that the sewing machine rotates. And the FC 03 IR sensor is used to detect the speed on the sewing machine and the LCD will display the results of the RPM speed on the sewing machine. then connected to Arduino Uno as a control system. Then it is connected to the Selector Switch which is used to set the sewing machine in a state (Off / On) and the Servo Motor is connected to the Dimmer Speed which is used to control the Dimmer Speed which is connected to the voltage source.
