Pengaruh Human Resource Information System Dan Organization Culture Serta Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Dosen Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau
This study aims to determine the influence of the Human Resource
Information System and Organization Culture on the Motivation and Performance
of Lecturers. The population in this study were all lecturers of the Sultan Syarif
Kasim State Islamic University Riau, amounting to 547 people. The sample that
represents the total population is 85 lecturers. The sampling technique used is
stratified random sampling, using SPSS software. The results showed the
relationship that the Human Resource Information System had a significant effect
on lecturer performance.
The results of this study also show that Organizational Culture has a
significant effect on lecturer performance. Motivation is also positive and
significant on lecturer performance. So that the variables of Human Resource
Information System, Organizational Culture and Motivation have a significant
relationship to the performance of the lecturers at the Sultan Syarif Kasim State
Islamic University Riau.
