Uji Beberapa Konsentrasi Ekstrak Tepung Daun Babadotan (Ageratum Conyzoides L.) Dalam Mengendalikan Hama Aphis Craccivora Koch Pada Tanaman Kacang Panjang (Vigna Sinensis L.)
ABSTRACT Long beans (Vigna sinensis L.) is a horticultural commodity. The main obstacle in the cultivation of long beans is the attack of the aphid Aphis craccivora Koch. This pest control can be done by using botanical insecticides, namely billygoat weed (Ageratum conyzoides L.) leaves. The aim of this research was to obtain the concentration of billygoat weed leaf powder extract (Ageratum conyzoides L.) in controlling the pest Aphis craccivora Koch on long beans (Vigna sinensis L.). This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden and Plant Pest Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from October to December 2021. This research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD), which consisted of six treatments and four replications in order to obtain 24 experimental units. The treatment was with various concentrations of billygoat weed leaf flour extract were 0 g.l-1 water, 10 g.l-1 water, 20 g.l-1 water, 30 g.l-1 water, 40 g.l-1 water, 50 g.l-1 water. The results showed that there were differences in the concentration of billygoat weed leaf powder extract that had a significant effect on controlling the pest Aphis craccivora Koch. The concentration of 30 g.l-1 water was the effective concentration in controlling Aphis craccivora Koch with a total mortality of 80% with an initial time of death of 1,5 hours after application and a Lethal time of 50 (LT50) at 4,25 hours after application.
