Pengembangan Modul Matematika Berbasis Pendekatan Kontekstual Pada Materi Segiempat Dan Segitiga Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa Kelas VII SMP/MTS

This study aimed to develop valid and practical quadrilateral and triangular based on acontextual approaches to facilitate the mathematical probelm solving ability of seventh-grade students of SMP/MTs. This research model used ADDIE model covering the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evalution stages. Based on the validation results, it was obtained that the mathematics module developed met the validity requirement with a final average validity of 3.43 with a very valid category. The mathematics module that has been declared valid was then tested on 9 students of seventh-grade SM /MTs. Based on the results of the trial, it was obtained that the mathematics module developed met the practical requirements by the test subjects with a final average of practicality of 3.62 with a very practical category. Based on these data, it can be concluded that contextual-based mathematics modules on quadrilateral and triangular materials to facilitate the mathematical problem solving ability of seventh-grade students of SMP/MTs have been valid and practically used in the learning process.
