This study aims to determine the implementation of the Suka Damai Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) work program in improving the community's economy in Sei Mandian Village, Kecepatan District. This research is an evaluative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of eight people, namely the chairman of KUD Suka Damai, three administrators of KUD Suka Damai and four members of the farmer group using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis using Miles, Huberman and Saldana models. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the Suka Damai KUD program in Sei Mandian village has been well realized in improving the community's economy based on three variables such as members, management, and programs. KUD Suka Damai has provided services according to the needs of members such as savings and loan units, fertilizers, and transportation needed by farmer groups. This can already be a measure that the implementation of the Suka Damai KUD work program in improving the community's economy has been implemented properly.
