Analisis Pengaruh Upah Minimum, Pdrb Dan Investasi Pmdn Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Perdagangan Di Kota Pekanbaru

The trade sector is one of the mainstay sectors in the economy of Pekanbaru City. Currently, the trade sector is expected to become a driving force for the economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Minimum Wage, GRDP, PMDN, city on employment in the trade sector in Pekanbaru City. This research is a quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of time series data with an observation period of 2011-2020 sourced from the Pekanbaru City Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that the Minimum Wage and Domestic Investment of Pekanbaru City partially have no effect on employment in the trade sector. Meanwhile, the Gross Regional Domestic Product has a positive and significant effect on employment in the trade sector in Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously the Pekanbaru City Minimum Wage, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and PMDN Investment have an influence on the employment of the trade sector in Pekanbaru City. The contribution of these variables is 82.9% and the remaining 17.1% is explained by other variables.
