Pengembangan Materi Ajar Bilingual Materi Geometri Berbasis Realistik Kelas II Di Sekolah Dasar
This research is motivated by the fact that mathematics is still abstract in explaining concepts and the lack of bilingual teaching materials on Realistics. This study aims to develop bilingual teaching materials for valid and practical elements of simple flat shapes based on Realistics for grade II students in elementary schools. This type of research is development research. The development of bilingual teaching materials uses the Plomp Model development model which consists of three stages, namely: (1) preliminary analysis (Preliminary Research), (2) development or prototyping (Development or Prototyping), and (3) assessment (Assessment). The instruments in this study consisted of interviews and questionnaires in the validity test and practicality test. Validation was obtained through validity tests conducted by material experts, media experts, and linguists. The practicality of the product is obtained through practicality tests conducted by class teachers and students. The product trial was carried out at SD IT Humairoh 2 Pekanbaru. The results obtained in this study, that the product of bilingual teaching materials on geometry material was declared to be very valid with an average percentage of 86,20%, and was stated practically obtained by teachers with an average percentage of 85,93% and obtained by students of 91,49%. So that the bilingual teaching materials of realistic geometry-based materials that are developed are valid and practical, and can be used in the learning process.
