Evaluasi Dan Disain Kinerja Lalu Lintas Pada Kawasan Rencana Pembangunan Kantor Bumi Siak Pusako Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the traffic performance of the existing conditions
during operation and the current management plan for the next 5 years with the
help of the PTV Vissum application. Several scenarios were proposed to improve
traffic performance, namely the creation of special vehicle lanes (Lay Bay),
diversion of traffic during peak hours and the application of odd/even vehicle
number signs, all of which provide increased traffic performance where the
service level becomes LoS C with V/C Ratio below 0,8.
Traffic management and engineering are also carried out on the environment
within the PT. Bumi Siak Pusako includes installing road equipment and
determining parking space requirements. This traffic management and
engineering plan is implemented so as not to have an impact on the outside
environment.
Furthermore, the results of this study can be used as a basis for making
decisions by related parties to improve traffic performance in the area of the Bumi
Siak Pusako Office Development Plan in Pekanbaru City.
