ABSTRACT
The purpose of writing this final project on Building Planning and Budget Plan (RAB) is to plan the building and calculate the Budget Plan for constructing a building. Data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study on manuals and documents related to building planning. In addition, data collection was also carried out directly in the field to collect data on the condition of land, soil and water levels at the location as well as survey the prices of building materials and wages around the construction site. Building planning is carried out using the help of AutoCad 2020 software for 2D drawings and Sketchup 2020 for 3D drawings. Based on the planned space requirements, the area obtained for the 2-storey residential house at Gang Kayu Manis, Jalan Cipta Karya is as follows: a. Building Area 1st Floor : 87 m2, b. Building Area 2nd Floor : 79.5 m2, c. Total : 166.5 m2. Based on the calculation results, the planned cost is Rp. Rp927.932.000,00 (Nine Hundred Twenty Seven Million Nine Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Rupiah), with the price per m2 of building being Rp4.531.021,00/m2 (Four Million Thirty One Thousand Twenty One Rupiah).
