ABSTRACT
The upstream watershed of Pelalawan river that have area 49.944 Ha with 51 km river length. Water inundation transfer from the upstream of the Pelalawan’s River resulted in floods inundating in Kukus, Tuah Negeri and Dayun Mas. Flooding resulted in a loss for society. Flood control planning, river protection, and other water structures can be done properly if design flood discharge in the river is known. The research method used is the empirical method. Then it is analyzed with rainfall intensity from the rainfall station, which then becomes a support for determining the flood discharge using the synthetic unit hydrograph method. Synthetic unit hydrograph is a hydrograph based on synthetic parameters of the watershed. One of the synthetic unit hydrograph that can be used is Nakayasu.
