ABSTRACT
Making the Final Project on Development Planning and Budget Plan (RAB) aims to improve building planning skills and calculate the Budget Plan for constructing a building. In writing this final project, data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study related to building planning. Data collection is also carried out directly to the field to collect data on the condition of the land at the location, as well as surveying building materials and wages around the construction site. In writing this final project, building planning is done with the help of Autocad 2017 software for 2D drawings, Sketchup 2019 for 3D drawings. The structural dimension planning is assumed to refer to the journal about the calculation of the 2-storey dormitory structure. From the planning results, the building to be built has an area of 582.39 m2 with a land area of 927.50 m2. From the results of building planning, the prices that will be used are the results of field surveys. Implementation of the development requires a cost of Rp. 2,600,404,000.00 (Two Billion Six Hundred Million Four Hundred Four Thousand Rupiah), with a price per m2 of Rp. 4,059,142.00 / m2 (Four Million Fifty Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty Two Rupiah per square meter).
