Rancang Bangun Sistem Pengontrolan Pendeteksi Volume Cairan Infus Menggunakan Smartphone Android Berbasis Blynk
Infusion is a medical device used to replace fluids lost from the body under certain
conditions. Sometimes medical personnel forget to change infusion fluids, resulting
in delays in infusion fluid replacement due to time and energy limitations which can
worsen the patient's condition. Based on these problems, in this study a device was
designed that can provide information on the patient's infusion fluid volume and
send notifications if the infusion fluid is running low. This tool uses a load cell
sensor to read the volume of infusion fluid that is installed. The HX711 acts as a
load cell output amplifier and converts analog signals to digital. NodeMCU
ESP8266 as a place for data processing, sending result data and notification of
infusion fluid volume in the range of 50 ml - 20 ml and below 20 ml which has been
processed to the blynk application. This tool has an error difference of 0.00436%
with a comparison scale of 100 grams - 500 grams and produces an output voltage
of 0.27 mV at a load of 100 grams and 0.55 mV at a load of 500. The test results
for sending notifications of blynk have succeeded in sending notifications 100 times
on blynk and the results of testing tools at Annisa Hospital Pekanbaru with 10
patients having an average number of hours of testing 9 hours 6 minutes.
