Sea cucumbers are types of marine invertebrates of thorn-skinned animals that has important economic value cause it contains a variety of beneficial compounds. The people of Buru Island, Karimun Regency only used as food, so the main threat to the existence of sea cucumbers in the waters. The purpose of this study is to the types of sea cucumbers of the class Holothuroidea from the waters of Buru Island, Karimun Regency. The research was conducted in December 2019 until January 2020 in the waters of Buru Island, Karimun Regency. Identification of the morphology in the Laboratory of Zoology Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Riau University, Pekanbaru. In this study, using the method purposive sampling. The results obtained at the fields get 3 stations obtained 90 individuals from one species and one genus are Paracaudina australis with the characteristics of a cylindrical shape, a colours orange and pink, a calcareous ring with radial segments, the tentacles digitate short and the same length, the body size of tillers are 5-10 cm and adults 22 cm, and spicules are granular.
