Pengembangan Modul Elektronik Berbasis Model Pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) Sebagai Bahan Ajar Pada Materi Bioteknologi Di SMA
Learning is a process that produces behavioral changes that are carried out intentionally to gain new knowledge, skills, and experiences in a better direction (Iskandar, 2011). Therefore, teachers must have alternatives that can be applied during the current Covid-19 pandemic, for example being able to make additional teaching materials such as textbooks or modules so that they can help students in distance learning and shape students to learn independently, active, interactively, communicatively. and get new experiences. The problems that are being faced by students are that students are not independent and active in online learning, lack of supporting teaching materials and do not have guidebooks at home. This has an impact on student activity and daily test scores on biology subjects, especially biotechnology materials that do not reach the KKM, for the KKM for biology subjects set by the school, which is 80.
The purpose of developing this module is so that students can learn actively, independently and communicatively without or with educators, practice honesty, be able to measure their own level of mastery of the material that has been studied and facilitate students in distance learning or face-to-face learning. Electronic modules (e-modules) are interactive, easy to navigate, display images, audio, video, and animation and are equipped with formative tests or quizzes that allow immediate automatic feedback (Suarsana & Mahayukti, 2013). One of the software that can be used for making electronic modules is Nitro Pro, a software that can be used to read, create, edit and share PDF files. The e-module is equipped with a Think Talk Write (TTW) model which can help educators provide as much information as possible to students, so that they can help students develop active, thinking, independent and communicating (discussion) abilities in conveying information (Wira, 2018). Then a research was conducted with the title Development of Think Talk Write (TTW) E-Module With Nitro Pro as Teaching Material on Biotechnology Materials in High School.
This research consists of 5 stages of the ADDIE model, namely the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation stages. The validation stage of the think talk write (TTW) e-module with nitro pro involved 1 media expert validator, 2 material expert validators and 2 high school biology teachers. After that, a limited trial was conducted on 10 students of SMAN I Lubuk Batu Jaya and 10 students of SMAN II Lubuk Batu Jaya, and to see student responses to the e-module, a practical test was conducted on 10 students at SMAN II Lubuk Batu Jaya.
The results showed that the think talk write (TTW) e-module with nitro pro on biotechnology materials in high school was declared feasible based on the scores from media experts 82%, material experts 94%, and biology teachers 91% with an average percentage of 87%. Then based on a limited trial at SMAN I obtained 88% and at SMAN II obtained 86% with an average value of 88%, namely in the very feasible category, while the results of practical trials obtained

an average of 88%, namely in the very good category. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Development of Think Talk Write (TTW) Based Electronic Modules as Teaching Materials on Biotechnology Materials in SMA is declared feasible to use.
