This study aims to analyze the mechanism of product flow, financial flow and information flow. Analyzing the network structure formed from entities involved in the supply chain of Goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) from the floating net cages of the Koto Panjang Reservoir Hydropower, XIII Koto Kampar District, Riau Province. The method used is a survey method using probability sampling technique with the 29 respondents from cultivators determined using the slovin formula and 4 traders determined by the tracing method.
The results of this study indicate that the flow of Goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) products from the floating net cages of the Koto Panjang Hydro Power Reservoir is spread to 4 provinces on the island of Sumatra which are spread over 9 regencies/cities. The payment system used in the financial flow is in direct cash or via transfer of BRI Bank and the loan system. The selling price of Goldfish from cultivators is IDR.27.000,-/kg, the final consumer purchase price ranges from IDR.28.000–IDR.32.000/kg. Information flows through direct communication as well as using communication media such as mobile phones and social media such as whatsapp . The chain structure formed consists of 3 chains with 5 entities, tre are cultivators, collectors, wholesalers, retailers and final consumers. Chain 1 consists of 5 entities, chain 2 consists of 4 entities, and chain 3 consists of 3 entities
