Pengaruh Gaji, Pengawasan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Petugaskebersihan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Dan Kebersihan Kota Pekanbaru
The government agency that has a role and function to help solve the problem of cleanliness in the city of Pekanbaru is the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service. The performance produced by the cleaning staff of the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Service is still not optimal. This can be seen from the garbage that has not been transported and the roads that have not been completely swept away. This research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene of Pekanbaru City. This study consists of 4 (four) variables, namely the variable Salary (X1), Supervision (X2), Work Discipline (X3) as the independent variable and Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of salary, supervision and discipline on the performance of janitors. In this study, data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and carried out on 86 cleaners. While the data analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that simultaneously Salary, Supervision and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the cleaning staff. Judging from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is stated that Salary, Supervision and Work Discipline have an effect of 83.1% on the performance of janitors while the remaining 16.9% describes other independent variables not observed in this study.
