Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Stres Kerja Melalui Kelelahan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Karyawan Pt. Ivo Mas Tunggal Kabupaten Siak

This research was conducted in Siak District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of physical work environment on job stress throughwork burnout as as mediating variable at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Siak District. The population of study included all employees of the production division were 60 people and sampling technique used was saturation sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Physical Work Environment had a negative and significant effect on Burnout; 2) Physical Work Environment had a negative and significant effect on Job Stress; 3) Burnout had a positive and significant effect on Job Stress; 4) Physical Work Environment had a negative and significant effect on Job Stress throughwork Burnout.
