Efektivitas Ampas Kelapa Dan Pelepah Kelapa Sawit Sebagai Campuran Media Tanam Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus Ostreatus) Sebagai Rancangan Poster Biologi SMA Kelas X
Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of edible mushroom from the Basidiomycota group. To increase the growth of oyster mushroom production, one of them is by using coconut dregs and oil palm midrib powder as growing media for oyster mushrooms. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of coconut pulp and oil palm midrib powder as a planting medium for the growth of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) and to produce learning media in the form of learning posters in Biology lessons in high school. This study used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), using 5 treatments with 4 repetitions in each treatment so that there were 20 units. The results of this study indicate that (1) the best treatment mycelium growth rate parameter is in treatment P4 with an average the mycelium growth rate was 15.35 cm, (2) the best combination wet weight parameter was in treatment P4 with an average of 161.44 g, (3) for the parameter of fruiting body number the best treatment combination was in treatment P4 with an average of 10, (4) on the diameter parameter of the fruit hood, the best combination of treatments is found in the treatment P1 with an average value of 11.95, and (5) for the pileus length parameter the best treatment combination was in treatment P4 with an average value of 7.32 cm. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of coconut pulp and oil palm midrib as a mixture of planting media to increase the growth of white oyster mushroom (pleurotusn ostreatus). The best treatment that increased the growth of oyster mushrooms was P4 treatment (60% oil palm midrib + 20% coconut pulp) and produced biology learning media in the form of learning posters on the material environmental change, waste and recycling class X SMA.
