Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Driver Ojek Online (Studi Kasus Maxim Bike Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
Maxim's online motorcycle taxi service is an international company engaged in information technology, which provides a platform that easily brings together drivers and customers. Maxim firstly operated in Indonesia in 2018, one of which is Pekanbaru. Maxim's development as an online motorcycle taxi service in Pekanbaru is so rapid, and accommodates a large number of workers as drivers, so this needs attention. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of Maxim online motorcycle taxi drivers in Pekanbaru, which can be taken into consideration by people who want to join as Maxim drivers. The analytical method used is BEP to determine the principal opportunity point, PBP determines the length of time for the return of business investment funds, and IRR, NPV, BCR are used to determine the feasibility of the business. The average results obtained from the feasibility test for scenario A (main job) are IRR 31,2%, The positive NPV is 62.755.778,85, BCR value is 2.07, the BCR value obtained is greater than 1, BEP value 924 KM/month, and PBP 1 year 4 months. For Scenario B (side job) the average results obtained are IRR 18,83%. The negative NPV values are -51.984.750,50. Analisys of the BCR values 1,05 the BCR value obtained is 1, BEP value is 1620 Km/month, and PBP 2 years 2 months. Based on the financial analysis and these 5 methods, for scenario 1 the Maxim driver is declared feasible to run and scenario 2 the Maxim driver business is declared unable to run.
