Pemanfaatan Pupuk Organik Cair Azolla Sp. Terhadap Kepadatan Sel Chlorella Sp.

ABSTRACT
Liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) Azolla sp. there are nutrients needed for the density of Chlorella sp. LOF Azolla sp. can be used as an alternative to inorganic fertilizers. Objective of this study to determine the ulitization of using LOF Azolla sp. for cell density of Chlorella sp. and find out the best dose that can be used on the culture of Chlorella sp. This research was conducted from December 2021 to February 2022 at the Aquaculture Environmental Quality Laboratory, Fisheries and Marine Faculty, Riau University. This study used a one-factor of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatment determined in this study was using Walne media 1 mL/L (as a control) and LOF Azolla sp. (10 mL/L, 12 mL/L, and 14 mL/L). The results showed that there was a utilization of LOF Azolla sp. for cell density of Chlorella sp. and the best treatment for the density of Chlorella sp. is at doses of LOF Azolla sp. 12 mL/L with the highest density of 904.33x104 cells.mL-1 on the seventh day and the highest specific density rate of 0.8284 cells.mL-1/day. The water quality in this study was in the optimal range that could increase the growth of Chlorella sp. which is the temperature is 28-300C, pH 8.0-8.9, DO 4.0-9.1 mg/L, Nitrate 1.780-19.384 mg/L dan Phosphate 0.721-4.380 mg/L.
