ABSTRACT
Riau University has poor drainage channels, especially in the area of the Faculty of Economics and Business, where the channel does not work optimally because the channel has quite a lot of sedimentation, as a result of which the drainage channel does not work optimally and there is a lot of inundation around the review area. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of condition of drainage channels and analyze the drainage channels and display a map of the distribution of drainage networks that are experiencing problems with arcGis software.
The results of the analysis of evaluating drainage performance with arcGis software are, when reviewing and measuring each STA there are several who experience minor damage, some of which are caused by sedimentation. From this arcGis software, we combine the table of the results of the assessment of the level of the drainage network condition with the map layer using the join function in the software, then we get a map of the level of drainage network condition of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau.
