Analisis Tingkat Kesuburan Perairan Pesisir Dumai Dengan Indikator Konsentrasi Klorofil-A Sebagai Rancangan E-Poster Mata Pelajaran Biologi SMA
This study aims to determine the fertility level of Dumai coastal waters with chlorophyll-a concentration indicators and to form an e-poster design using the result data on environmental changes in biology subjects for high school students in class X. This research was carried out in the coastal waters of Dumai and at the Laboratory of Fishery Products Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Riau University from March to April 2022 and at the Biology Education Study Program, Riau University from April to May 2022. The type of research is quantitative descriptive with survey methods and e-poster design using the ADDIE model. The tools and materials used include GPS, Thermometer, pH meter, Water checker, Stopwatch, Ice box, Pimppong ball, Water sampler, Plankton net, sample bottle, Secchi disk, Centrifuge tube, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Centrifuge, Cuvette, Camera, Dropper drops, measuring cup, computer personnel and hard disk. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the fertility level of Dumai coastal waters was classified as low (oligotrophic), which only ranged from 0.171 to 0.672 mg L-1 and the e-poster with chlorophyll-a concentration can be used as enrichment media for environmental change material for high school biology class X.
