ABSTRACS
During the current corona virus pandemic, the Lingga Regency government recommends that the community adhere to health protocols such as limiting physical interaction (physical distancing), especially being required to wear masks when leaving the house to prevent the spread of the corona virus, especially in Singkep District, Lingga Regency. Therefore, the Lingga Regency government issued Lingga Regent regulation number 95 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Singkep District. In the Lingga Regent Regulation number 95 of 2020, the Lingga Regent Regulation concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Singkep District, the Regent conducts monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Health Service, Population Control and Family Planning, Management Agency Regional Disasters, Civil Service Police Units and Firefighters, Regional Revenue Agency, so this researcher is directed to study for the first stimulant, the implementation of Lingga Regent Regulation Number 95 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as Efforts to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Singkep District, Second, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Lingga Regent Regulation Number
95 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease in Singkep District, Ketig a, the efforts made to overcome the problems of implementing the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health
Protocols as an Efforts to Prevent and Control the Corona Virus Disease 2019 in
Singkep District.
This research is a sociological legal research, because it is based on field research, namely by collecting data from observations, interviews, and literature reviews that are related to the problems studied, assisted by primary, secondary and tertiary data. This study uses qualitative data analysis, produces descriptive
data, and concludes with deductive thinking methods.
Based on the results of research in the implementation of health protocol enforcement activities, the implementation for handling Covid-19 in the Singkep sub-district is one of the tasks of the Health Service, Population Control and Family Planning, Regional Disaster Management Agency, Civil Service Police Unit and
Fire Department and the Regional Revenue Agency for the community in Singkep sub-district by carrying out Judicial Patrol, Security and escort, Socialization of the Covid-19 Health Protocol. now it is no longer obedient to health protocols, especially in public places. For the government, the government must take firm action by conducting socialization, applying stricter witnesses so that the Implementation of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as an Effort for Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Singkep District so that the spread of the Corona Virus can be overcome.
