Analisis Kesiapan Guru Dalam Penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Steam Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Budhi Luhur Sikompak Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine the readiness of teachers in implementing STEAM-based learning in children aged 5-6 years at Budhi Luhur Sikompak Kindergarten, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research will find many and varied facts, and from these facts will be studied by researchers and produce a meaningful conclusion. Data collection techniques with data are observation, interviews and documentation. The steps carried out in the study consisted of 4 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, and the report generation stage. Data analysis techniques used are data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display, verification and confirmation of conclusions (conclution drawing and verification). The result of this research is that STEAM-based learning in Budi Luhur Sikompak Kindergarten has been implemented well. Teachers at Budi Luhur Sikompak Kindergarten have realized during the teaching process and already have STEAM-based teaching readiness.
