Hubungan Kesehatan Mental Dengan Kinerja Guru PAUD Di Kecamatan Tembilahan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between mental health and the performance of early childhood education teachers in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research was a quantitative research with the type of correlation research. The research population was 89 PAUD teachers in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency,and the total sample was 89 teachers. This research was a quantitative correlation research with correlation test using the Pearson Product Moment and nominal data characteristics with the help of IMB SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the correlation test calculation, the Pearson Product Moment was 0,751 which lies in the range of 0.40-0.599 which this means that there was a strong categorical relationship between mental health and teacher performance in a positive direction, which means that the lower the mental health, the lower the teacher's performance, with the value of the resulting determinant coefficient of KP = r2 × 100% = 56,4% which has meaning that mental health contributes 56,4% to teachers’ performance. This showed that there was a relationship between mental health and the performance of early childhood education teachers’ in Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
