Analisis Statistical Literacy Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di TK Se-Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to determine the Statistical literacy of children aged 5-6 years in Kindergartens in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. Statistical literacy is a set of abilities that students can use to understand various statistical information that appears in various media. Statistical literacy is based on the process of interaction through knowledge and critical attitudes. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach (describes research results based on numbers or amounts). The number of samples in this study were 90 kindergarten children in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The data collection technique in this study was carried out with a questionnaire addressed to the homeroom teacher of the Tambang District Kindergarten to see the statistical abilities of children aged 5-6 years. Overall statistical analysis of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten in Tambang District, Kampar Regency is in the category of Developing According to Expectations with a total percentage of 70.33%.
