Pendidikan Seks Oleh Ibu Pada Remaja Putri Di Desa Segati Kecamatan Langgam Pelalawan

This research was conducted to find out how big the role of mothers in
providing sex education to their daughters. The formulation of the problem in this
study is whether the sex education of mothers to their daughters is good enough. The
population in this study is mothers who have daughters totaling 240 respondents in
Segati Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan. This research is a descriptive study with
a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using the Simple
Random Sampling Technique, because the sampling of the population was carried out
randomly without regard to the strata in the population. There were three indicators
in the study on the role of mothers in providing sex education to young women. The
role of mothers in providing sex education to young women in Segati Village,
Langgam Pelalawan District, from the biological dimension, psychological dimension,
and cultural dimension is quite high. This means that the role of mothers in providing
sex education from the biological dimension, psychological dimension, and cultural
dimension is done well, then this means that these indicators can determine whether
there is a mother's role in providing sex education to young women. The role of
mothers in providing sex education to adolescents Putri in Segati Village, Langgam
Pelalawan District, which is seen from the contribution of indicators as factors,
namely the biological dimension, psychological dimension, and cultural dimension are
classified as moderate. The contribution of the indicators mentioned is able to
contribute as much as 48.80% and the remaining 53.20% is determined by other
indicators besides the indicators above. This means that these indicators can
determine the role of mothers in providing sex education to young women.
