This study aims to determine the effect of FKIP's academic services on students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in the study was active students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau class 2018-2020 with a total of 3,412 people with a sample of 358 respondents. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique. Data analysis using simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was an influence between academic administration services on student satisfaction, where the better the academic administration services, the higher the level of student satisfaction.
