Penggunaan Konjungsi Koordinatif Dalam Novel Selamat Tinggal Karya Tere Liye

This research is motivated by the aim of knowing the use of the
meaning of coordinating conjunctions in the novel Goodbye by Tere Liye. The
source of the data used is the form of clauses and sentences contained in the novel
Goodbye by Tere Liye. Data collection techniques carried out by the author are
documentation techniques, content review techniques, reading techniques and data
recording techniques. The research data were analyzed using a qualitative
descriptive technique. Qualitative descriptive analysis technique is used to
describe the meaning of coordinating conjunctions contained in Tere Liye's
Goodbye novel. The data of this study amounted to 96 data with 5 types of
meaning of coordinating conjunctions. The meaning of coordinating conjunctions
that is most commonly found is the meaning of addition with 50 data, and the one
that is least found is the meaning of sequence with 3 data.
