Pengembangan Materi Ajar Menulis Teks Fabel Berbasis Media Gambar Seri Untuk Siswa Kelas VII SMPN 3 Kepenuhan Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This research was motivated with the aim of describing the development procedures, quality, and practicality of fable text teaching materials based on picture series media for seventh grade students of SMPN 3 Kepenuhan. The data in this study are data on the needs of teaching materials for writing fable texts based on serial image media and trial data for teaching materials for writing fable texts based on serial image media. Sources of data in this study are the results of interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and literature study. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of a questionnaire. The data in this study were analyzed by calculations using a questionnaire, namely using a Likert scale. The results of this study began with conducting interviews with teachers and collecting data on student needs by distributing a needs questionnaire. After getting the results of the needs analysis, the researcher continued to make teaching materials in the form of modules by following the R&D stages and referring to the ADDIE model. Product quality is determined from the results of validation by experts. Based on the results of the assessments of several validators, it was found that the overall teaching material for writing fable text based on serial image media was very good with a percentage of 72% for the language aspect, 93.3% for the material aspect, 86.1% for the media aspect, and 94 ,1% for the field aspect. The average score on all aspects of the assessment is 4.84 and the teaching materials for writing fable texts based on serial image media are very practical.
