Analisis Parts Characteristics Dan Parameter Proses Untuk Model Baru Mesin Peniris Minyak (Spinner)
ABSTRACT
Basically, people still use cooking oil repeatedly and the draining of cooking oil is not optimal. So that many people consume processed foods from frying that still contain or leave oil in the food. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Spinner model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP makes broad and unstructured problems into a flexible and easy-to-understand model. This research is expected to result in an increase in assembly efficiency and a reduction in the number of components. This research begins with a study of the initial design of the Spinner machine components that are already on the market. Furthermore, the parts characteristics and process parameters of the Spinner were analyzed. From the results of the analysis, several new designs were developed by eliminating or combining components that did not add value. In order to obtain a reduction in assembly time, the number of components, the cost of components of the Spinner system oil draining machine.
