Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru Dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Hasanah Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication between teachers and students with student achievement in MA Hasanah Pekanbaru. This type of research is associative correlational with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of MA Hasanah Pekanbaru totaling 84 students. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sample or census. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire for teacher interpersonal communication variables and semester exam scores for learning achievement variables. The data analysis used is Pearson product moment correlation. There is a relationship between teacher interpersonal communication and student achievement, with a correlation coefficient of 0.346, which is positive. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher interpersonal communication and student achievement.
