Strategi Pemasaran Umkm Kuliner Di Raun-Raun Dalam Menghadapi Era New Normal
This study aims to find out how the right strategy to market Culinary SMEs in Raun-Raun. The research subjects are Culinary SMEs in Raun-Raun. Data analysis was performed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research, the main strengths are good financial management, product quality and excellence, affordable product prices, having a variety of business products, marketing strategies through social media and friendly services. The main drawbacks are lack of funds, inadequate technology and inadequate equipment. The main opportunities are the price of cheap and quality raw materials, changes in competitors' conditions and set strategies for cooperation with various parties, and the main threats are fluctuating raw material prices, the entry of new competitors, declining consumer purchasing power, the number of similar products and weather factors. . There are five alternative strategies found, namely utilizing funds by buying cheap and quality raw materials, utilizing support from various parties, prioritizing consumer satisfaction, providing prices that are comparable to product quality and using social media to market products.
