The study aims to investigate the variables that influence financial management skills, specifically the impact of financial literacy on the cooperative management unit in Gunung Sari Village, Kampar Regency. The population of this study is the Gunung Sari Village cooperative management unit in the Kampar Regency. As many as 40 administrators were included in the sample for this study, which combined a probability sampling strategy with a straightforward random sampling method. This study's methodology involved employing a quantitative questionnaire approach and simple linear regression to examine the data. The study's findings demonstrate that financial management skills are simultaneously positively and significantly impacted by financial literacy. Financial management skills are significantly impacted by financial literacy, in part.
